Rappelz is an interesting game, utilizing a somewhat unique combat system of pets to battle other players, much like modern table top card games like Pokemon.

It requires little time to get some levels and show off your skills, and less time to master the play style. It is very similar to Lineage II in play style and leveling, with skill points being earned as you level and spent to learn how to better control your pets. It is not my type of game, but it was fun while I played it, especially after I got some Rappelz Rupees from a reputable source. 

I could definitely excel at it with plenty of time play it. Alas, I spend most of my time in WoW and AoC, with the occasional spritz of DnD Online. And that doesn't even touch on my console games! I am a product of the generation that invented the modern PC. Do not judge me, for you too could be become a lover of online worlds of wonderful fantasy that seem to engulf your meager life with their rich history and story lines. After many years of playing games (around 24) I have a lot to say about the games in general. Plenty of experience, tons of opinions, and no small measure frustration at getting whipped by a computer generated monster or player. All in all though, many of the games I play have become somewhat a grind of the same things day in and out, much like a job. And playing other games, even ones I decide I do not like much, brings the newness back into the better games. Allows me to look over and see what I do like and appreciate about the games I play so frequently.
