Power leveling---Your account has not been started leveling yet.

Issue a full or partial refund:

1. Contact stuff by email, phone call, live chat for canceling the order; If the order has been partially delivered ,it will be partially refunded
2. Order status will be changed:YES-AFC
3. AFC---the refund action is processing
4. AFC---REFUND/PR:The order has been full refunded
5. You will get an email with the refunded transaction ID; just check it with your PAYPAL.
6. Normally, once the refund is processed, it will be issued within 1-12 hours on weekdays, 12-24 hours on weekend, while money booker payment need more than 2-4 days.
